All of our packages are shipped via UPS. We currently offer $9.00 flat rate standard shipping anywhere within the continental United States and free standard shipping for all orders of $100+. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping is a service offered through CJ's Boutique by UPS. When you choose to have a package shipped you are paying UPS for the service of shipping.
CJ's Boutique is responsible for securely packing your items, attaching a clear shipping label with the address provided by the customer.
Once your package is picked up by UPS, we no longer have any control over the process. We only have access to the same tracking information as you do.
CJ's Boutique is not responsible or liable for shipping delays once the package leaves our hands.
CJ's Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. We do have insurance in place for these rare instances. Claims must be filed by the customer through UPS.
All packages are insured.
