Please, Please, Please respect our policies and do not ask to be the exception to the rule. In fairness to all our customers we do not make exceptions.

1. Returns are accepted in exchange for store credit only. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card via email. Credit does not expire. Returns are processed within seven days of receipt.
2. Returns on eligible items are accepted within 14 calendar days of the store purchase or delivery date for a shipped order. We must receive the item within 14 days.
3. Returns received past this time will not be processed. Please note, the 14 day time period is FIRM. No exceptions will be made.
4. Items must be original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Items must be free of makeup, stains, deodorant, animal hair, scent or cigarette smoke.
5. Shipping costs, gift cards, doorbusters, cyber sales, special buys, Black Friday specials or any items discounted more than 10% are not eligible for returns.
6. Please include the printed order copy that came in your package. If you do not have this you can write your name, email and order # on a slip of paper.
7. Our items sell out quickly, we are not able to offer exchanges.
8. If you send back an item that is not eligible for return we will NOT process it. It is your responsibility to contact us if you want to arrange having it shipped back. Unclaimed returns will be donated.
